Anywhere™ is a collaborative platform that enables teams to share context and work together with AI assistance. The Service provides tools for knowledge sharing, project collaboration, and AI-enhanced team communication. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Shared project content is accessible to team members you invite. You are responsible for managing access permissions and ensuring appropriate sharing of sensitive information.

6. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or complete
You should verify important information independently
AI features are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific outcomes
Your input may be processed by third-party AI providers subject to their terms

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Anywhere™ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our express written consent.

8. Subscription and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYWHERE™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
